I have been a Driving instructor in Lincoln since 2004 after graduating from Lincoln University with a Criminology Degree. My Criminology Degree was intended to be my stepping stone towards becoming a Traffic Police Officer as Driving has always been my passion. I quickly found that I could fulfil this passion by becoming a Driving instructor and passing on my passion to others wanting to learn to drive. As you may appreciate I already had a substantial student debt leaving the university but decided to invested a further £3’500 to become an ADI (Approved Driving Instructor). I passed all three Driving disciplines first time and was informed by my driving school that I had obtained the second highest test score on record. Well sometimes you have to blow your own trumpet!!

I love the job and take great pride in doing the best for you, the pupil. As previously stated I passed my instructor exams first time but now have obtained Grade 5, which is only one point off the highest Grade attainable for a driving Instructor.

Personal interests; I have a very supportive wife & two beautiful daughters, Isabel born in 2007 and Ava born in 2010. I play hockey for a local team called Lincoln Roses that I look forward to at the weekends. I am also a level one Umpire which is physically very demanding but helps keep me fit after sitting in a car day after day! My Next major challenge is expanding the U-Drive business, but maintaining the quality standards that I have set myself. My ambition is to be recognised as the most professional Driving school in Lincolnshire for both my Instructors and their students. It is my ambition for my Instructors to be as proud of our teaching skills and pass results as I am.
