UDrive Pass Plus...

Pass Plus is a training scheme designed by the DSA with the aim of providing drivers with vital experience and new skills. By passing your test we are aware that you have the competency to drive, Pass Plus is about providing you with experience and teaching you how to deal with situations you may not already have faced whilst learning to drive.

Pass Plus involves a minimum of 6 hours driving and concentrates on keys areas.

• Driving on a busy road
• Driving in adverse weather conditions
• Driving on a quiet country lane or road
• Driving at night
• Driving on dual carriageways
• Driving on motorway

Completing the Pass Plus is also a way for our instructors to ensure that you start your driving life with a positive attitude towards driving, both looking at you taking responsibility for your own actions and also taking in to consideration other drivers, pedestrians and other road users. Pass plus DOES NOT require a test, it is an assessment which cant be failed.

Not only will completing the Pass Plus provide you with the skills to be a more competent and safer driver it will also entitle you to insurance discounts from one of the many insurance companies involved with  the scheme alongside the DSA.

The Pass Plus Scheme can be taken at anytime during your driving career but is specifically aimed for new drivers within a year of passing their test.

U Drive are happy to offer this training whether you learnt to drive with us or not. The training can be completed over a number of sessions or in one block booking depending on which you feel is most suitable for you.
