I still remember how I felt the day I passed my driving test, it was a very special and significant day to me. It was one of the main reasons I chose to embark on the challenging and rewarding journey to qualifying as a Driving Instructor. My professional background is centred around people; coaching, managing and training. I had plenty of cross-over skills and experience to make the career change!  I also love driving, I literally covered thousands of  practice miles in Lincoln before the notorious (ADI part 2) Instructor driving test, I passed with zero faults.

I appreciate how important the learning to drive process is to pupils and parents, But I always think of it as working together all the way up to passing the test. I believe my excellent first time pass rate is earned via extremely thorough test preparation, via every lesson being client centred (always goal and risk focussed) and most importantly, the emphasis will always be on every pupil becoming a safe driver for life.

Outside of work I love football, cooking and travelling. I also have a young son to keep me busy.
